2026 General Membership Meeting

ANNOUNCEMENT

The General Membership Meeting of the Chadō Urasenke Tankōkai Hawaii Association will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Members may attend the meeting in person at the Urasenke Foundation of Hawaii, Hanyōan, 245 Saratoga Road, Honolulu, Hawaii.

The purpose of this annual meeting is to discuss and vote on all business matters that may come before the meeting, including:

1) Review and approval of the annual and financial report, and 

2) Any other matters relating to the Association.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please sign, date, and submit the proxy form before Friday, January 23, 2026.

Additionally, if you have not yet paid your 2025 annual dues, please do so as soon as possible, as only members who have paid their 2025 dues will be eligible to vote.

I hereby authorize the following person,

or the President of the Hawaii Association to act on my behalf and to vote as my proxy at the General Membership Meeting of Chadō Urasenke Tankōkai Hawaii Association to be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at the Urasenke Foundation of Hawaii.

The purpose of this annual meeting is to discuss and vote on all business that may come before the meeting, including (1) the review and approval of any annual or financial report, and (2) any other matters relating to the association.

I am unable to attend the General Membership Meeting on Saturday, January 31, 2026. However, I agree to abide by the decision of the members in attendance.
