2023年12月30日、月釜茶会に60名以上のお客様が足を運んで下さいました。

年の瀬のひととき、皆様と穏やかに一碗を分かち合うことが出来ました。

Suehiro kama, design of willow by a bridge, by Minosuke.

Shikishi in the tenshin seki was by Sokuchusai of Omotesenke, and Tantansai, 14th generation of Urasenke. Sokuchusai wrote the characters for moon and snow (月雪), and drew flower petals. Tantansai drew a picture of a gourd, representing sake, and the characters によし, meaning suited to or appropriate. The meaning of the Shikishi is that sake is good in all seasons.

『茶人あり、遠方より来たる』

裏千家教授　米澤宗昭先生・裏千家ハワイ協会協賛茶会

2023年10月1日、鵬雲斎大宗匠と坐忘斎御家元のお許しを得て、京都より米澤宗昭先生、お社中、お茶友の皆々様が汎洋庵にてハワイ茶会を催して下さいました。茶道具はすべて京都からご持参頂き、日本とハワイがお茶で繋がる貴重な機会を得ることが出来ました。また石川県小松市の菓子匠、行松旭松堂さんが和菓子作りを実演し、出来立ての美味しいお菓子をふるまって下さいました。

米澤先生、ご家族、お社中、お茶友の皆々様のお茶に対する想いとアロハ心が身に染みる一日となりました。心から御礼申し上げます。
